OBAMA - A flunky of the Antichrist with a peace prize

If I was a cartoonist I’d draw a picture of Barack Obama, dressed as a flunky, waving a large fan (with ‘peace prize’ written on it) over two seated people. One a general (Petraeus perhaps) burning a copy of the Geneva convention while shooting an innocent Muslim, and the other a banker (representing Goldman Sachs etc., the IMF and the World Bank), stamping on the world’s poor people while handing money to the rich (African heads of state for example). Unfortunately I’m not a good drawer, and so I can only use words to express what I think of the present ‘pre-apocalyptic’ situation.

For me the identity of the Antichrist could not be clearer. For the book of Revelation, being totally allegorical, suggests that the Beast, whose seven heads most probably represent the seven deadly sins, does not refer to a person at all, but rather to all those leading Godless lives. As all good Christians know, the WAY of Christ involves loving your enemy and having no love for personal possessions. Which, as we observe today’s world is what the vast majority are incapable of doing. Therefore it only requires a small amount of imagination to realize that the Antichrist is the military-financial system in which the behavior of bankers and army officers is in total opposition to the Word of God. The mark of the Beast being on all who favor this system, bearing in mind that the number 666 in recurring decimal form (10 X 2/3) is one that always falls short of 7, the Biblical number of perfection. 

Returning to Barack Obama and his premature peace prize, the American President has not only backed down on his election pledge to close Guantanamo, but has now refused to let suspects there be judged in the USA. Making the excuse that war is sometimes necessary to make peace, (Orwellian doublespeak) he increased the American military presence in Afghanistan, and has permitted drones to kill indiscriminately in Pakistan, Somalia and Yemen, thus disobeying the Geneva Convention. Without forgetting the investigations into G.I.s killing innocent civilians wherever they go, we have to say ‘Bravo, Mister President. Thanks for making a mockery of the Nobel committee’s stupid decision to give you a peace prize.”

Of course, Barack Obama isn’t really the most powerful man on earth, as people all around the world are now beginning to discover. He is nothing more than a puppet of the above mentioned ‘Godless’ system, as depicted in my cartoon. For having examined the President’s behavior since coming to office, I can only conclude that far from being the one who rules the roost, he is no more than a flunky in the presence of higher authorities. And yes, you’ve guessed it - if he doesn’t do what he’s told he’ll get a bullet in his head like JFK.

So what can we poor defenseless people do in the face of the Antichrist which is making us all imperfect and thus unfit to be considered for eternal life? Actually the New Testament tell us exactly what to do, but the problem is that no one nowadays pays it any attention, not even those who call themselves Christian. They think that simply being baptized and going to church is sufficient, whereas in reality the Bible tells us that the road to salvation is much more than that. Christ said, “I am the way, the truth and the life. No one can come to the Father except by me.” (John 14:6) Which means use ‘me’ as an example for your own lives. How many people do that? Very very few. I’ve met one of them, and what he has to say is as alarming as it is depressing for all who live in a perpetual state of sin.

This humble man, who gave everything he ever had away and is full of forgiveness for all who have harmed him, has said that God is calling the remnant to Him and cleansing their sins this very moment. The chosen ones whose path to perfection has been slowed down by continuing sin, are now being given a proverbial kick in the backside, suggesting that God’s patience with us weak willed egotistical mortals has reached its limit. Or should I perhaps say that God, who is perfectly just and never really angry, is now preparing the next stage of his plan for creation. Armageddon, Apocalypse, call it what you will; the truth is that is for the first time in 2000 years we can see the true nature of the Antichrist, and examine its destructive effect on the world we live in. So if you are among those getting poorer and poorer, consider it a blessing. For the Bible makes quick clear that the rich are unlikely to see the Kingdom of Heaven unless they change their ways. As there is no evidence that the super rich are about to do that, we can only conclude that the fate reserved for such people will be very nasty, if the book of Revelation is anything to go by.

My message to President Obama is therefore this. It is better to die a Christian martyr than a flunky of the Antichrist. Instead of saying, “God bless America,” every time you make a speech, beg God’s pardon for your nation’s sins, and ask for the necessary strength to do what you know to be right whatever it costs you personally.

Sans aucune politique réelle pour améliorer la vie quotidienne des français, le PS se contente de critiquer l’action du gouvernent, qui essaye tant bien que mal de faire sortir la France de la crise économique en limitant le gaspillage, dont les socialistes sont si friands.

Voyons l’exemple de l’Hérault où le Conseil Général est géré en large majorité par des membres du PS. Il s’avère que le manque d’effort sur les logements sociaux, jusqu’ici déplorable, sera la faute de la crise et du gouvernement. Ce dernier a quand même donné 614 M € en compensations dotations de l’état en 2010. Néanmoins, des économies sur les prestations des personnes âgées et handicapées seront recherchées pour pouvoir continuer le gaspillage des conseillers sur des projets dépensiers et inutiles. Et faire du gouvernement un bouc émissaire pour tout ce qui ne va pas à leurs yeux, sans tenir compte de l’irresponsabilité et la gabegie du Conseil Général, est déplorable.

Surtout, il convient de continuer à chercher à rationaliser les charges, quelles qu’elles soient. En ce sens, concernant les charges de personnel qui représentent environ 17% de nos charges globales, un audit est en cours afin de permettre la stabilisation durable des effectifs et leur redéploiement.

La Chambre régionale des comptes a par ailleurs souligné que le Département devrait veiller à rechercher des économies notamment au niveau des prestations sociales qu’il distribue. Une analyse plus fine de la politique de la tarification de nos partenaires va être lancée dans le domaine des personnes âgées et handicapées.

L’équation budgétaire que nous nous devons de résoudre chaque année devient de plus en plus ardue : comment financer des dépenses qui progressent avec des recettes qui stagnent ? Comment faire face à des charges dynamiques, dont le rythme d’augmentation est sensible à la crise économique et à la démographie héraultaise, alors que nos recettes sont également liées à la crise économique mais à la baisse ? Le récent rapport Jamet, commandé au Directeur général des services du Rhône par le Gouvernement afin de faire un état des lieux et des propositions concernant la situation financière des départements, met en lumière cette inadéquation budgétaire. Le diagnostic (socialiste) est objectif et précis : les dépenses sociales représentent la contrainte essentielle des budgets départementaux. Il est également suggéré de revoir le mode de financement de ces compétences pourtant obligatoires des départements. Le découplage entre le dynamisme des dépenses départementales et le caractère quasi figé des ressources va encore s’accentuer à l’avenir, et l’équation budgétaire devenir un véritable casse-tête. En somme, si elle n’est pas corrigée par l’État dans un futur proche, elle nous imposera de renoncer à des politiques publiques ainsi qu’à des investissements pourtant essentiels pour les héraultais.

Nous ressentons le désengagement de l’État depuis plusieurs années et ce sur plusieurs plans : absence de compensation intégrale des charges transférées lors de la décentralisation, rareté des cofinancements sur des projets pourtant d’envergure nationale, atteinte à nos ressources via les réformes portant sur la taxe professionnelle et la stagnation des dotations…Mais une nouvelle ère est venue : celle où ce désengagement est tel qu’il va mécaniquement conduire certains départements à ne pas pouvoir boucler leur budget, comme l’a par exemple souligné le rapport Jamet. En effet, ce désengagement s’accélère depuis quelques mois.

Côté dotations et compensations de l’État, il est déjà admis qu’elles prendront une part de plus en plus grande dans notre budget à l’avenir : représentant il y a encore deux ans qu’un tiers des recettes totales du budget départemental, elles représenteront en 2011 plus de la moitié de nos recettes.

Or, dès 2011 et cela jusqu’en 2014, l’État a annoncé le gel de ses dotations, ce qui veut dire qu’il ne

revalorise même plus les dotations et compensations de l’inflation. Et il y a fort à parier que les nouvelles compensations inventées par l’État pour 2011 comme la dotation de compensation de la réforme de la taxe professionnelle (DCRTP) ou encore le fonds national de garantie individuelle de ressources (FNGIR) connaîtront une évolution nulle à l’avenir.

Quant à l’autre réforme en cours, celle plus large sur les collectivités locales, elle risque de peser fortement à l’avenir sur les cofinancements des projets de nos communes les plus fragiles. En l’occurrence, l’État envisage de restreindre les possibilités du Conseil général de subventionner les équipements communaux et d’introduire un seuil minimum d’autofinancement du projet pour les communes, seuil qui sera infranchissable pour certaines, au détriment de l’équipement des communes rurales.

Considérant le projet de loi de finances 2011 du gouvernement, dont un volet concerne les bailleurs sociaux et qui prévoit un prélèvement de 340 millions d’euros sur les organismes HLM, destinés à l’ANRU (Agence Nationale pour la Rénovation Urbaine) afin de payer une partie de sa dette, - le conseil affirme que cette ponction s’accompagne d’une baisse conséquente de l’aide à la pierre et du plafonnement des augmentations de loyers, ce qui constitue une triple peine prononcée contre les organismes publics ; que ces offices HLM ne pourront alors consacrer les mêmes fonds à l’entretien de leur patrimoine et à la construction de nouveaux logements ; et qu’avec ce projet 20 000 logements ne pourront être construits au niveau national, - que l’économie régionale sera aussi touchée puisque ces 20 000 logements en moins seront autant de contrats non passés et d’emplois non pérennisés dans le secteur du bâtiment déjà durement touché par la crise.

Toutefois, l’Association des Contribuables de l’Hérault a une autre vision de la situation : Supprimer des Conseillers Généraux, c’est supprimer leurs indemnités, supprimer leur personnel, supprimer leurs voitures de fonction, supprimer leur espace immobilier, supprimer les réceptions, fêtes, voyages et autres privilèges…. autant d’économies qui n’ont pas été chiffrées ! Sans oublier que derrière chèque élu, il y a un budget et des fonctionnaires pour réaliser des actions. Plus les élus et les fonctionnaires sont nombreux, plus ils ont d’imagination et de projets et plus il leur faut de budget ! En réduisant les effectifs, élus et fonctionnaires (5 000 fonctionnaires au Conseil Général de l’Hérault), il sera facile de réduire les budgets. Il y a fort à faire avec tous les gaspillages, les doublons, les dépenses de prestige (le palais pour les archives « Pierres vives »), et aussi les « subventions-encouragements –à-la-dépense » attribuées aux Maires en fonction de leur soumission à André Vézinhet (le Président du Conseil Général de l’Hérault.)

L’Association des Contribuables de l’Hérault qui soutient une baisse de la dépense publique, ne soutient pas la désorganisation actuelle des Collectivités Territoriales et prône un allégement des structures avec suppression/fusion des départements. Les caisses sont vides et les contribuables comptent sur le Gouvernement pour rationaliser l’administration de la France selon l’exemple d’autres pays européens comme la Suède ou l’Allemagne, faute de quoi nous courons à la catastrophe !

Au niveau de la région Languedoc-Roussillon menée par les amis de feu George Frèche exclus du PS, la situation n’est guerre mieux.

Dépourvu d’une politique gagnante pour offrir aux électeurs de gauche en 2012, hormis ses querelles internes sempiternelles et ses différends avec les autres partis de gauche, le PS s’appuie sur son bouc émissaire (la droite), tout en espérant que les français vont lui faire confiance. Or, avec l’explosion fulgurante sur la scène politique de Marine Le Pen, nous allons en toute probabilité voir une répétition du deuxième tour en 2002 entre Jacques Chirac et Jean-Marie Le Pen. Car c’est loin d’être certain que le PS aura le soutien des écologistes.

Dollar to lose reserve currency status

It is obvious to all observers that the US. dollar is about to lose its status as the world’s reserve currency, although what will replace it is not yet clear. Secret meetings behind Mr. Obama’s back have taken place, in which France, Russia, China, India, Saudi Arabia and the petrol producing states, have decided along with the IMF and the World Bank to put an end to this now worthless currency. The ability to print as many banknotes as desired to get out of a debt spiral has led the the world’s most powerful country to the brink of bankruptcy. However, in order to prevent a situation which led to the second world war, the G8 and G20 must somehow prevent the US unleashing a third one. This will not be easy given the American non-conservative lobby, which in a shit or bust situation could oblige the US military to bring down the rest of the world in its fall. The mistake made by the League of Nations at the end of the first world war, when Germany wasn’t financially aided, must not be repeated.

The real crisis is just beginning, and 2011 will be a year which sees many changes in everyone’s way of life. Western style capitalism is dead, and we’ll just have to learn to live with the fact.

U.S. meddling topples Hariri government

TEHRAN - Ministers of the March 8 Alliance, whose main parties are Hezbollah, Amal, and the Free Patriotic Movement, have resigned from the Lebanese cabinet, which has toppled the government. 

The March 8 Alliance ministers made the decision after the Saudi-Syrian efforts to settle the crisis over the Special Tribunal for Lebanon (STL) reached a deadlock, with all signs pointing to strong U.S. interference to block efforts to resolve the situation. 

Since the government had fallen, Saad Hariri was no longer officially the prime minister of Lebanon when he met with U.S. President Barack Obama in Washington on Wednesday.

The Special Tribunal for Lebanon, backed by the United States and Israel, and its impending indictment have caused many divisions and problems at the national level in Lebanon, and the Saudi-Syrian effort was a great step to settle the crisis, but months of give-and-take were in vain, as U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton sent a clear message to Saudi King Abdullah bin Abdul-Aziz and Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Hariri saying that the U.S. would reject and would not allow any settlement at the expense of the UN tribunal. 

The announcement of the collapse of the Saudi-Syrian initiative followed high-level talks in Washington and New York on the Lebanese crisis involving U.S. President Barack Obama, French President Nicolas Sarkozy, Saudi Arabian King Abdullah, Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Hariri, and U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. The Lebanese crisis was one of the topics discussed by Obama and Sarkozy at the White House on Monday. Sarkozy later traveled to New York where he met separately with the Saudi king and Hariri. 

The Lebanese cabinet has been paralyzed for months over political tension over the STL’s impending indictment and the rival factions’ dispute over the issue of witnesses who allegedly misled the UN investigation with false testimony. The cabinet has met only once since November 10, and in its last meeting on December 15, it failed to settle the issue of false witnesses when the March 8 Alliance ministers demanded a vote on referring the issue to the Judicial Council, the country’s highest court, prompting Lebanese President Michel Suleiman to delay the discussions. 

State Minister for Administrative Development Mohamad Fneish expressed deep regret Tuesday night over the deadlock the Saudi-Syrian effort has reached “as a result of U.S. pressure.” Fneish was speaking to reporters in Rabieh at the residence of MP Michel Aoun, the leader of the Free Patriotic Movement, following consultations with the opposition. “There was an Arab effort which we dealt with positively. We even bargained on it. However, as a result of U.S. interference and the inability of the other side to deal with it, this effort reached a deadlock,” Fneish said. 

Hariri himself told the pan-Arab daily Al-Hayat last Friday that the settlement had been finalized. It is still not clear what Clinton told Hariri, who met with U.S. President Barack Obama in Washington on Wednesday. According to the Al-Jazeera network, “Reliable sources have said that Clinton openly informed Hariri and King Abdullah that the United States will not accept any solution in Lebanon before the STL indictment is released.” 

Saudi Arabia and Syria, the main power brokers in Lebanon backing rival political factions, have been coordinating their efforts since late July to find a solution acceptable to the March 8 and March 14 alliances for Lebanon’s months-long political stalemate over the STL’s impending indictment on the Rafiq Hariri assassination. The indictment is widely expected to implicate some Hezbollah members in the Hariri assassination, heightening concerns about a return to sectarian strife. 

U.S. intervention undermined Lebanon’s stability 

Iran’s ambassador to Lebanon, Ghazanfar Roknabadi, has also commented on the reasons behind the failure of the international efforts to help Lebanon establish stability. 

“U.S. intervention has resulted in the failure of efforts made to bring peace and stability to Lebanon,” Ambassador Roknabadi told the Mehr News Agency on Wednesday. 

He made the remarks in response to reports that the Syria-Saudi Arabia initiative meant to help Lebanon establish stability had failed. 

According to Bloomberg, Lebanese MP Michel Aoun sad on Tuesday that the Saudi-Syrian effort to resolve the controversy over the United Nations tribunal investigating the 2005 assassination of Rafiq Hariri had failed. 

In the wake of this development, ministers of the March 8 Alliance, representing Hezbollah and its allies, quit the cabinet, toppling the government of U.S.-backed Prime Minister Saad Hariri and again throwing the country into disarray. 

Roknabadi said that the U.S. government does not want to see the establishment of peace and stability in Lebanon, so it has tried to obstruct the measures meant to help Lebanon establish stability. 

“The Americans and Israelis have always sought to undermine regional peace, and since the time this plan (the Saudi-Syrian initiative) was proposed for Lebanon’s stability, have made efforts to sabotage the plan and apparently have been successful,” he stated.

Following is a time line of some of the recent major developments in the crisis over the indictments related to the 2005 assassination of Rafiq Hariri: 

July 16, 2010: Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah sparks debate over a pending tribunal indictment by labeling the court an “Israeli project” which sought to exploit Israel’s penetration of Lebanon’s communications network. Nasrallah claims that the tribunal will indict “rogue” Hezbollah members. 

July 30: Saudi King Abdullah and Syrian President Bashar Assad arrive in Beirut aboard the same plane for an unprecedented joint visit meant to calm tensions. The leaders are joined by Qatari Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani. All three stress the need to maintain stability. 

Aug. 8: Nasrallah accuses Israel of assassinating former Prime Minister Rafiq Hariri, claiming Hezbollah has intercepted Israeli surveillance drone data that shows Israeli spy footage of large parts of Lebanon, including the route Hariri took before his death. 

Sept. 6: Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Hariri, in a newspaper interview, says that he was wrong to blame Syria for killing his father, calling the charge a “political accusation.” Hariri also acknowledges that false witnesses may have misled investigators. 

Sept. 18: Former Lebanese General Jamil al-Sayyed, who was detained for four years in connection with the Hariri assassination, returns to Beirut from Paris. Hezbollah sends a security team to escort Sayyed from the airport. The former general demands that false witnesses stand trial. 

Oct. 3: Syria issues 33 arrest warrants for Lebanese and international officials for allegedly misleading United Nations investigators. Arrest warrants are issued for the commander of Lebanon’s Internal Security Forces, Major Genral Ashraf Rifi, and German prosecutor Detlev Mehlis, who led the initial UN investigation team. The warrants sour the Lebanese prime minister’s relationship with Damascus. 

Nov. 10: The Lebanese cabinet meets to discuss false witnesses, but the session is adjourned by President Michel Suleiman, essentially paralyzing Lebanon’s administration. March 8 Alliance ministers ask for false witnesses to be referred to the Judicial Council. Ministers of Hariri’s March 14 Alliance say they believe that trial by the regular judiciary is preferable. En 2008, un rapport du ‘Department of Homeland Security’ américain, rédigé par un fonctionnaire anonyme, nous informa que des avions de fortune amenaient régulièrement des drogues d'Amérique du Sud en Afrique de l’Ouest, d’où ils furent introduits clandestinement en Europe. Le rapport avertit qu’il n’y avait pas de lien vérifiable avec Al-Qaïda, mais il sembla probable qu’il y en avait un, compte tenu de l’augmentation des activités des groupes terroristes en Afrique. Paradoxalement, Washington, qui ne manque jamais une occasion de sonner l’alarme Al-Qaïda, enterra le rapport jusqu’à ce que Reuters le déterre en janvier 2010. Questionné à ce sujet, un fonctionnaire ‘consterné’ déclara, “Nous avons une connexion terroriste établie de ce coté de l’Atlantique. Maintenant en Afrique il y a la connexion Al-Qaïda, et il est extrêmement inquiétant et un peu déconcertant que ce n’est pas l’une des priorités du gouvernement.”

Alors, pourquoi minimiser ou pire ignorer le potentiel d’un réseau de trafic de drogue aérien transatlantique mené par Al-Qaïda du Maghreb Islamique (AQMI) depuis 2002 ? Est ce la peur de créer la panique qui a freiner l’action de la part de Washington ? Ou cherchent-ils à attiser le conflit pour justifier une intervention militaire progressive ? Bien que le rapport de la Sécurité intérieure et la découverte de Reuters ne fassent plus la une des journaux, le sujet est toujours d’actualité. Ce mois-ci l'Office des Nations Unies contre la drogue et le crime a lancé une initiative pour sécuriser les communications entre les aéroports de l'Afrique occidentale et de l’Amérique latine. Puisque les cartels et les contrebandiers, qu'ils soient affiliés à Al-Qaïda ou non, ont su profiter du manque de sécurité, AIRCOP fut formé pour lutter contre les réseaux qui lient le Brésil, le Cap-Vert, le Ghana, la Côte-d'Ivoire, le Nigeria, le Sénégal, le Togo et le Mali. Un allié important dans la soi disant lutte menée par l’Occident contre AQMI, le Mali sert aussi de point d'origine de l’enquête de Reuters.

En Novembre dernier les autorités maliennes ont découvert un Boeing 727 carbonisé, avec des traces de cocaïne, estimée entre cinq et dix tonnes à l'atterrissage. Un mois plus tard, trois agents d’AQMI venus du Mali comparaissaient dans un tribunal new-yorkais, accusés d’avoir offert à des agents de la Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) une route de contrebande pour l’Espagne. De toutes les nombreuses rumeurs concernant AQMI, celle qui parle de son réseau en provenance du Mexique vers le Sahara serait la plus vraie. L'ONU estime que 200 à 300 tonnes annuelles alimentent l'appétit de la cocaïne en Europe, avec 50 à 100 tonnes exportées d'Amérique du Sud via l'Afrique occidentale. AQMI n’est pas responsable pour toute la contrebande liée à son nom, mais le trafic de cocaïne constitue une part importante de son budget, ainsi que les rançons pour enlèvement et le trafic d'êtres humains. Beaucoup d’argent comptant entre les mains d’un faible nombre de combattants (estimé à environ 400) a pu faire disperser un groupe muni d’une technologie avancée sur une moitié de la superficie de l'Europe. Une menace contre laquelle les fonctionnaires ne nous mettent en garde que maintenant.

Alors pourquoi passer outre le rapport de la sécurité intérieure américaine et négliger les moyens de tarir les recettes d’AQMI ? Pourquoi AIRCOP, un programme de 3 millions de dollars, prend des années à devenir opérationnel, alors que des dizaines de millions de dollars en financement militaire pour les États africains du Nord ne tardent pas à venir de la part de Washington ? Des éléments corrompus et incontrôlés de ces gouvernements et ses armées ont été connus pour avoir déchargé, transporté et protégé les cargaisons de drogue. Contrôler les avions qui traversent l'Atlantique n'est pas facile, surtout quand le trafiquants changent leurs habitudes de vol, et les itinéraires juste avant ou pendant le décollage. Des avions ont pu atterrir directement dans les aéroports africains, mais le plus souvent ils sont laissés à l'abandon, ayant utilisé des pistes de fortune taillées dans la brousse et pavées à la hâte. Les avions eux-mêmes ont été équipés de réservoirs de carburant supplémentaires, et portaient parfois le symbole de la Croix-Rouge. Déjouer les plans des cartels sud-américains et des trafiquants de drogue en Afrique est rendu plus difficile, à cause des pots de vin offerts aux représentants des aéroports et des gouvernements pour pouvoir débarquer leur marchandise, une tactique employée facilement en Afrique du Nord. Malgré le scepticisme de la DEA dans certains milieux, les rumeurs que les FARC envoient des drogues hors du Venezuela ont circulé pendant des années. L'état est idéalement placé géographiquement, et reste l'un des états d’Amérique du Sud où la DEA n’est pas présente sur le terrain. Le manque de coopération sur le sol empêche une lutte efficace contre les réseaux de trafiquants de stupéfiants aériens.

Toutefois, la faute pourrait être attribuer au comportement de Washington. Malgré la coopération internationale, le pouvoir américain et européen s’est largement limité à la coopération militaire en Afrique du Nord. Plus d'attention a été consacré aux menaces pour le publique d’AQMI le mois dernier que son trafic de drogue a reçu depuis le début de ses activités. Alexandre Schmidt, le représentant régional des Nations Unies pour l'Afrique centrale et occidentale, qui a aidé à organiser AIRCOP, a annoncé en Janvier, “Cela devrait être la plus forte préoccupation pour les gouvernements.”

Les attitudes occidentales envers AQMI en Afrique du Nord, et envers son propre militarisme, doivent faire l'objet de d’une réévaluation totale. Car le problème et sa solution sont de nature globales. Enracinée dans la corruption et la pauvreté, les livraisons de drogue en Afrique du Nord venant de l’Amérique du Sud pour exportation vers l'Europe, ainsi que l'héroïne venant d’Asie, est en train de favoriser une variété d'insurrections sur les routes du trafic. En raison de l'évolution de la sécurité sur la frontière américano-mexicaine, le modus operandi des cartels a changé et a bénéficié de davantage de profit en Afrique. Cela nécessite une restructuration financière, car tout l'océan Atlantique doit être couvert par le radar, qui ne s'étend que dans les Caraïbes et le nord de l'Atlantique, couverts par des radars fixes et des avions P3. Les trafiquants de drogue volent sans crainte de détection radar pour des raisons absurdes. Selon Interpol, les avions atterrissant dans l'archipel des Bijagos, à une centaine de kilomètres au large de la côte africaine, n'ont pas été interceptés en raison du manque de moyens. En attendant, la DEA a des bureaux sur le terrain dans la plupart des États d'Amérique du Sud et Latine, alors qu'il n'a même pas listé l’Afrique comme une région à surveiller. Malheureusement, les Etats-Unis ont envoyé une part disproportionnée des agents de la DEA en Afghanistan, laissant tout le territoire AQMI, plus de quatre fois plus grand que celui des Talibans, sans aide. Avec seulement quatre bureaux en Afrique, au Nigeria, au Ghana, en Égypte et au Soudan, la DEA a clairement besoin d'accroître sa présence en Afrique du Nord si Washington a l'intention sincère d'arrêter ce trafic mondial.

Mais la corruption de Washington est l'ennemi principal, pas AQMI. Tant que l'Occident continue de soutenir les forces armées africaines sans se préoccuper des domaines non militaires, les contrebandiers AQMI et d’autres se poursuivront leurs opérations avec un minimum de dérangement. La région s'enfonce dans le conflit, et on ne peut que se demander si le problème a été volontairement ignoré. Car d’après ce que l’on commence à comprendre maintenant, c’est la CIA, aidée par ces alliés du MI6 et de la DGSE, qui sont derrière le trafic de drogue mondiale pour des raisons moins opaque à présent. Bref, il faut à tout prix remplir les caisses vides des pays occidentaux endettés. Et la seule façon de le faire au plus vite est grâce à la vente d’armes et de drogue. Et dans ce scénario dantesque deux jeunes français, sans oublier Michel Germaneau, sont morts pour des raisons purement politiques.

But the same weekend’s attack on Christians in Egypt, where the secret services are CIA dominated, left 21 dead and raised a huge outcry from Christian countries. However there is never an outcry whenever Iran is hit. In the last months Iran has seen bomb attacks against its nuclear scientists as well as its population. This comes to no surprise to those Western observers, familiar with our new way of imposing our will on those we don’t like.

Firstly, let’s take a quick glimpse at attacks on “important human targets”, such as nuclear scientists. It was the John Sawers, the current head of British foreign secret service MI6 who had asked for more operations against Iran’s civil and completely legal nuclear program in his one and only public statement. U.S. commitment in favor of such operations is publicly known since George W. Bush was allowed by congress some extra 400 million dollars in secret service funds for use against Iran. Europe faced this kind of terror against its scientists in the seventies and eighties, when around 13 German and French metallurgists died, one by one in a strange string of circumstances, accidents, etc. The practice continued until the well known German weekly Spiegel wrote a great deal about it.

Germany also had a special experience of its own with state-guided terror, by the “Red Army Faction” RAF, a pro-communist terror outlet. It killed one of Germany’s own leading scientists, Siemens manager Karl-Heinz Beckurts, in 1986. In 1998 a well known German banker Alfred Herrhausen was murdered. He had demanded total debt relief for poorer countries, a political move which would have undermined the financial grip that is part of U.S. worldwide dominance. In 1991 Detlev Karsten Rohwedder, a successful former labor union leader, was designated to head the German “Treuhand”, the institution founded to organize privatization of East German state-owned property after unification. After his murder many “mistakes” were made by his successor in the economic transformation of the former GDR. And Germany lost dozens of billions of Marks, a lot of know how, and access to markets in the course of it. German publications have therefore dubbed this latest decade of RAF activities as guided by foreign intelligence.

These actions may be best described by the term “terror management”, which the present author used during his selected leadership classes for the German ISAF force in Afghanistan between 2006 and 2007. The term describes state-backed operations for the set-up, training, supply and operational guidance of terror groups for international operations, with the object of gaining more power, control and influence. Nowadays, mostly Muslim radicals are used as patsies when justifying military deployments, occupations, oppression and all kinds of force worldwide. It did not start with the events of 9/11, and does not end there. Openly and with the consent of the German army leadership, the present author has described the first decade of the 21st century as the “decade of terror management”.

Many events in Afghanistan and Pakistan can be linked to this kind of policy, starting with the training of Hekmatyar, Haqqani and many others in Pakistan since 1974. Nowadays in Afghanistan most foreign soldiers die of so-called “IEDs”, which are roadside bombs. There is ample proof that NATO’s secret services know quite well, where, when, how, and with what type of materials these deadly weapons are being made. But they do little to stop production or the producers. When the present author informed an all-faction parliamentary control group, none of its members took any action.

Against Iran the Baluch group known as “Jundallah” is being set-up, trained, equipped and guided by the CIA. Among many others, U.S. Pulitzer price winner Seymour Hersh has written about this. “Jundallah” is a multi-purpose promoter of U.S. interests in the region. One aim, for example, was to stop China pursuing its plan of establishing a naval base in Pakistan’s western port town of Gwadar. After a few well-placed bomb attacks on Chinese engineers, attributed to Jundallah, China reduced its number from 300 to about a dozen – and even these cannot freely roam the town’s streets, but are confined to barracks behind a three-layered wall of security. Sino-Pakistani relations are obviously not high on the U.S. agenda.

In the run up to Iran’s last election, a heavy bomb attack stirred up public unrest and allowed CIA spying on internal reactions by Iran’s government. The strategy involved using ethnic and or religious differences to promote disunity. This hostile policy dates back to the time of American policy adviser Zbigniew Brzezinski, who had originally proposed these methods for use against the now defunct Soviet Union.

The well known terror attacks in London in 2005, with 56 dead and more than 700 injured, as well as in Madrid in 2004, with 191 dead and around 2000 injured, are interesting examples of terror management. A few facts should be mentioned here. In London, employees of a security company called “Vigour Consultants” noticed during an emergency exercise that the exact script of their “exercise” was happening outside in the City of London exactly at the given scripted time. The explosions, which according to the official version were caused by bombs taken into the subway by the “terrorists”, were obviously caused by devices placed in the tunnels by experts.

The nature of the damage speaks for itself, as do the “official versions” themselves. The UK government and Scotland Yard kept media and public opinion busy with so many theories about what had happened that day, that people grew wary of them. Immediately after the events, it was speculated that the explosive materials had come from sources in the Balkans. Unfortunately, there were too many proven secret links with government-sponsored terrorism in that area. So this part of the story had to be changed, too. In Madrid five out of eleven “terrorists” were police informers. When the explosives were handed over to them, policemen were listening in on the operation. Important parts of this story were hushed up.

Why should a government hit its own citizens? It is an age old political trick. If democratic liberties become the target of powerful elitist circles, a population fearful of violent crime is much easier to manipulate into accepting restrictive legislation. In the U.S. both presidents, Bush and Obama, have used warnings about presumed “terror attacks” to try and influence the electorate prior to elections.

Research is nowadays advanced enough to permit a systematic approach by institutions in the setting up of manipulable terror cells. A criminal environment, such as in the artificial Mafia state of Kosovo, is extremely useful in this respect. Muslim radicals are flown in or recruited locally and given training, arms, and operational guidance. A lawyer told me that in the southern German town of Munich’s municipal administration, two state employees are involved in giving German passports to known criminals, whereas innocent and honest applicants for German citizenship have to wait more than twice the official term of eight years, and still face denial of citizenship.

In Germany, the so-called “Sauerland Group” of terrorists was so well spied on by police, that at one moment the bombers got out of their car and cut the tires of the surveillance car at a red traffic light! This little incident did not stop them from continuing their original plans. Their explosives were, according to the “official version”, secretly exchanged for less dangerous materials by the police. The whole story ended in a much-publicized police raid in the fall of 2007, before any more harm was done. But to get the real story we’ll have to wait for the frustrated state employee’s memoirs. One local senior police officer complained to the present author: “We do the bomb attacks ourselves.”

Another member, this time of the FBI-type German Federal Crime Office (BKA) had already done some whistle-blowing. He had inquired into the Bali disco bombing in 2002, when more than 200 people were killed. But just as he had gained access to the perpetrators’ inner circle he was called off the case and then suspended. He even lost his job and his pension rights after more than 25 years of highly successful, much-lauded and often dangerous police work. His book was published in 2008.

Why are cases of failed, thwarted or false-alarm “terror attacks” like the ones mentioned above so numerous in the western hemisphere? Obviously, authorities are afraid of risking lives, because too many questions might arise, and journalistic research is too powerful to keep the secret service involvement hidden. Also, the assassinations might inspire more ethically minded government employees to share their classified knowledge anonymously. Journalists critical of the NATO governments have already stated that any more of these “botched” terrorist attacks may one day fail to frighten the citizens into the desired civil obedience.

NATO citizens and their Iranian fellows may have more in common than is widely known. Both fall victims to NATO government-sponsored terrorism.

The Real New World Order

A fake letter supposedly written by the famous 19^th century Satanist and Freemason Albert Pike, mentions the Masonic plans for a third world war.

What this extract from the letter, (whoever wrote it) shows, is to what extent the Masonic plotters, apart from needing urgent mental hospital treatment, are dangerous for humanity’s survival. But according to certain conspiracy theorists, among whom are those who believe in 13 Satanic bloodlines, Illuminati, and alien reptilians disguised as humans, Scottish rite American Freemasons are said to be on the verge of ruling the world and introducing a New World Order.

There are simple reasons why such an attempt won’t actually work. Evil plans never do in the long run because they fail to take a number of important elements into consideration. This is due to the low intellectual capacity of those who aspire to rule the roost, and who for the most part are totally devoid of moral values. Not that any decent person, (one who does have moral values) would ever seek a political career, which only attracts the egotistic, personal power and riches seeking type of person.

Man is, always has been, and always will be a tribal animal. In the beginning the tribal leader was the strongest and toughest member, whose place was quickly taken by a younger even stronger person. But as man’s state of civilization developed, it was the smartest and most cunning who took precedence, because it became apparent that winning battles against other equally strong tribes required intelligence as well as strength. Naturally the desire for power led to abuse of power once it had been obtained. And it wasn’t until the ancient Greek philosophers studied the question, that the problem of how to run a human society was partially resolved.

I said partially resolved, because although the ancient Greeks tried every method of governance including democracy, none of the methods used turned out to be perfect, because of man’s inbred vice, which is that of greed. And this led Plato to conclude that the best way to govern the tribe was to select and train a young boy for the job, in such a philosophical way that when he eventually became the leader he would be honest and just.

About three hundred years earlier, a young noble Indian called Siddhartha Gautama had tackled the problem of corrupt human behavior, and there is no doubt whatsoever that had all the world at the time been informed of this teaching and followed it, we would have stood a better chance of being more civilized today. Alas, In spite of the efforts five hundred years later of Christianity’s founding fathers to teach western nations a way to a peaceful happy life, human inbred greedy nature, (that is to say the desire for power and riches) wasn’t long in taking precedence over the higher intellectual approach to human social behavior.

The main reason for the failure of an elitist New World Order is that no one living has the intelligence required to bring about such a project. Given the low intellectual level of those who practice ridiculous rituals and have superstitious beliefs, it is highly unlikely that the Freemasons, whose so called occult knowledge is irrational, could ever impose what mankind’s rational members are never likely to accept. For there are indeed individuals, whose search for truth has led to a knowledge that transcends cruelty, egotism, hatred and greed. They are few in number but they do exist. And their unceasing efforts to educate humanity, like the founders of Buddhism and Christianity tried to do, is slowly helping to bring about a higher level of consciousness throughout our species. This is the real New World Order.

Not that it is proving to be easy. For in the same way that bullfighting fans will never understand why the practice is uncivilized, those whose desires lead them to perform acts of cruelty will never accept to place the interests of other people before their own. Nevertheless, the struggle to prove that humanity deserves a place on a planet, where species that destroy their own environment and that of others become extinct, must relentlessly go on. And this can only be achieved if those who have reached the highest level of intellectual comprehension grow in number.

Those concerned are only to be found among the poorest members of the world’s human societies. So don’t go looking for them among the powerful, rich and famous. They are just ordinary extremely humble individuals that a rich man wouldn’t even give a second look. They are above this world’s religious beliefs and superstitions. Their higher level of consciousness cannot be reached by anyone possessing worldly goods, and therefore global mind control cannot affect them. They do not distinguish members of the human race by ethnic or religious group – Jew, Muslim, Russian, Tibetan or Nigerian. In their eyes, all, whatever the color of a person’s skin, or whether he is rich or poor, are equal members of the species. They respect everyone’s traditions, have mastered all forms of egotism and are incapable of hate.

If you think this ridiculous, know that I have only described the secret that the founders of Buddhism and Christianity wanted to give to the world. Anyone following this path will achieve enlightenment. Anyone rejecting this path will rest eternally in obscurity. The species is more important than the individuals it contains. A species, along with all others whether animal or vegetable, is part of the planetary unity. Individualism has no place in the creators’ scheme. As I write the only part of the world where this knowledge is seriously practiced is Tibet and Northern India.

The Christ or Messiah was not, is not, and never will be a living or divine being. It is the WAY or PATH, the comprehension of which will bring peace on earth. It is not I who say this, it is the BIBLE. Everything is revealed to those who have taken the path to enlightenment. It is they who will see the promised land.

Those born to understand what is written here will understand. The vast majority will laugh and remain forever in obscurity.
